This explains how DAMUN handles personal information on the website damun.asia.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the website damun.asia operated by DAMUN. How personal information is handled in the Rehaptic tablet app and admin web is explained separately within each service.
2. Information the website collects directly
This website has no sign-up, login or contact form, and it does not directly collect visitors' personal information. It does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.
3. Inquiry emails
When you contact us by email, your email address and what you write in the email (name, organization, contact details, your question and so on) are kept in the receiving mailbox.
- Purpose: confirming and answering inquiries, adoption and partnership consultation, and, if you ask for it, news about the home version of the product
- Retention: we delete it without delay once the inquiry has been handled. If the consultation leads to a contract or partnership, we keep it for the period needed to perform the contract and required by law.
- Provision to third parties: none.
- Email service: Google Workspace (Google LLC).
4. External services
This website serves its fonts from the site itself and uses no external fonts, analytics or advertising services. However, because the website is delivered through GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), connection information such as a visitor's IP address may remain in the hosting service's access logs when a page is opened.
5. Rights of data subjects
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your own personal information contained in an inquiry email. Please make the request by email to the privacy officer below.
